This will be a unique tasting for Benz! We'll be using this as an opportunity to try all sorts of liqueurs, vermouths, and more! Some on the sweet end and others bitter and herbal.
An aperitif is a before-dinner drink meant to stimulate the appetite. 
A digestif is a beverage served at the end of a meal that is meant to help one digest his meal. Digestifs and aperitifs are meant to bookend a meal.
